About me

In recent years I have moved from a pure HR perspective to a broader view and am now tapping into my resources as an experienced People & Culture professional with a strategic, but nevertheless hands on approach, customer focus and business understanding.

I have developed solid experience working in the Management and Training of people and enjoy developing and implementing business strategies aligned with the overall business plan. While experienced in working in multicultural, multi-functional and multi-country environments, managing people and organizations across countries and cultures both locally and globally, I especially thrive when able to support a sometimes bumpy road to success.

I would be happy to support you on this journey, both end-to-end and in sub-areas.

My core competence… difficult to pin down, as my previous career path was characterized by generalist positions. This has sharpened my view of the big picture just as much as I have never lost sight of the details. My interests are therefore wide-ranging and I look forward to our conversation to define and master your challenges together!
